SUDs Program

  • Initial evaluation to determine treatment needs and ongoing coordination of care services to support recovery.

  • Administration of FDA-approved medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone to manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

  • Personalized therapy sessions and supportive group meetings to address behavioral issues, develop coping strategies, and foster peer support.

  • Programs to educate patients on addiction, recovery strategies, and healthy lifestyle choices, including relapse prevention planning.

  • Involvement of family in therapy or education, along with continued support and follow-up care to maintain recovery and access community resources.
